Why is Caribbean Beach ALWAYS available?

where'd you pull those stats from? I'd love to see stats for all the resorts for comparison.

Go to Allearsnet.com and choose the Fact Sheet for CBR (or whichever resort you are interested in, they are all listed on the left side of the page).

I can't remember where I read that CBR is the largest of the mods, but I do remember reading that fact. I'm guessing the other mod fact sheets will list their sizes so you can compare that way as well

I think it is because it is the oldest moderate, a lot of Disneyholics have stayed there many times and there are so many more choices now. Also, this year, the pool is under renovation.

It isn't ALWAYS available...I got three times each year and last year two of the trips CBR was not available (and I kept calling). It is a very large resort as far as number os rooms, so more rooms= greater chance of a vacancy. It is our favorite resort.

probably because there are 7 different buildings (which means a LOT of rooms!) and I know a lot of people do not stay there because there is a such a long walk to Old Port Royale. We were in Barbados Building 14 and it still took us a good 10 minutes to walk there...I feel bad for the people in Trinidad South! You CAN take the park bus from one section to another but if you just missed the bus, you have to wait 20 minutes for another one. Supposedly they offer transport carts but we never saw one the entire week we were there.
