Why I think I love Southwest

I am not crazy about the boarding, but I never had a problem getting seat together for my family of three.

Here's what I love: Friends and I have been planning a weekend in Chicago, and have been debating weekends to go, finally picking one. I book my flights, which have gone down in price since the first time I looked, and excitedly email my friends of my flight plans. Several hours later, I realize that I booked my flights for the first weekend we discussed, not the actual weekend we're going.

But, thanks to SWA policy, I was able to switch my flights at no additional costs to the ones I needed.

I luv SWA too! They have saved me so much money over the last several years. No airline is perfect but SWA is the closest I've found.

I love the Flight Attendants.

"please note, that if this flight turns into a cruise, please use your seat cushions as a personal flotation device." or " as the day wears on, the make-up wears off, for your safety and ours we are going to turn the cabin lights down low".

They make you feel good about flying. They have great prices and very convenient. We too didn't have a problem finding three seats together and we even had a B pass one time.

I used to (and still do) hate Southwest with a passion. But as time has gone on, and I started having more and more flights go off without a hitch, they are starting to grow on me...
