Why I can't get CSR ?

We are booked for the free dining at ASMovies. We want a moderate. We love CSR. It is the only resort that isn't available for my dates for the free dining. I have tried every morning on the websight and nothing. I don't want CBR as there pool will be closed. I guess if not we will be staying at POFQ. I really want CSR love this moderate. I think it's our favorite out of all the resorts deluxes included. Anyone have suggestions for getting it?

Free dining, CBR pool being closed makes for a tough month. I think Sept is a busy convention month too. I would call vs using the computer though.
