I ordered Rachael Ray's magazine and just got my first issue yesterday. I was looking up the recipes and noticed that they do not list the nutrition information, like calories, fat content, etc.! I also noticed that the recipes did not seem to be consumer friendly - like lamb, pomegranate, goat cheese and that's just one recipe!!!

), and foudn that my first issue was a little more full of the "fancy ingredient" recipes than the magazine used to be (it might just be this issue, or it might the way the magazine is going, not sure). I used to cook about 5-10 recipes from each issue, and in this issue there are only a few I am interested in.
