Why does this happen to me every time?

So after being so unsure about where to stay offsite for our week after Disney, I finally booked the Radisson Lake Buena Vista. I booked it for $98.10/night with their prepaid hot deals rate. I look at the rate today, and it has gone down to $80.10 for 5 of my 7 nights. I call Radisson and they say it can't be changed because I booked it prepaid. Understandable, that is why that rate is lower. I ended up cancelling the reservation, and paying $25 to do so, but I still saved about $75!
It's just frustrating that the rate always seems to go down the day after I book, same thing happened with my flights!

It happens to everybody. That's why I always go nuts trying to book airfare. You just have to find a price point you can live with and then stop looking! Otherwise it will make you crazy.

Well the good news is you paid attention and saved money, most people would have let that $75 just go to the hotel.
