Why does it say exceeds room size?

Trying to get rates for 2 adults and 3 kids (one being under 3) at Wilderness Lodge and it says party size exceeds occupancy. Does that for AKL also.

You have to just put 2 kids and their ages. To book you are going to call not do it online. It is some sort of glitch. It does it for me to with 4 adults, 1 child and an infant

The website is glitchy and has been know to mess up for this kind of a room reservation. Unfortunately, you'll have to call.

That is ridiculous IMO. Never had this problem before they changed it.

So if you go ahead and click on the room type it will bring up the rate total with 3 even if it says exceeds max occupancy. Strange website.

The CM I talked to said to leave the child under three off. He said they don't need to be on your reservation.
