Why does everyone dump on DCA while giving Disney Studios a pass?

I have not been to WDW Paris. Sorry if that was inferred in my original posting. I have been to Disneyland Paris.
Well, then you have not missed anything at WDS. Barely enough to do for 1/2 a day. At least DCA has enough for a full day, and then some. Plus what WDS does have, it is not very good. They built RnR but managed to change the theming and make it not nearly as good as MGM/Disney Studios. Only thing worth doing there, IMO, is LMA.

I am beginning to think those that are bashing DCA are those mentioned and a bunch of people who just want to keep the riff-raff and the long lines out of DCA :rotfl: I like DCA I especially love the wide roads and smaller crowds. I also love that there are a lot of places to slow down and unwind, some really great rides and some good shows.

I will admit there are parts I don't like (I am looking at you Midway) but since there are many changes already in the works I am very happy. I also have to add the food is much better in this park!

The funny thing is "everyone" who bashes DCA is in reality less than 100 people in the world (and further mostly young white single males), who hang out on 3-4 internet boards ! What further fuels this is probably less than a dozen people in the world who continually tell them that the TDS park in Japan is almost perfect and DCA is a cheap substitute. The last thing that fuels this is lazy journalists who visit these boards for the entire "scoop" on how Disney fans feel about the park.

Quoted for truth!

:goodvibes

I've always enjoyed DCA for the laid back California feeling. Sometimes I just need to get away from the crowd in DL.

There's alot to enjoy if you stop and see the shows/parades and don't just rush from ride to ride. I'm looking forward to the future improvements and to watching the park grow.

:) I prefer DCA over MGM anytime. To me, MGM is boring!

I second this! Plain and simple. I don't see the hype about DHS. :confused3 However, I do prefer AK, Epcot, MK, and DL over DCA. Hopefully that will change once these billion dollar additions are complete.
