Why do they waste our time with security checks

Step 1: Unload car, get out stroller, put bags under stroller, push stroller to tram stop
Step 2: Unload bags from stroller, fold up stroller, load stroller onto tram
Step 3: Unload stroller from tram, put bags back into stroller, push stroller to security
Step 4: Unload bags for security to pretend to look at them, as soon as they see any type of personal hygiene product tell you that you are fine to go (if they even get far enough to see that)
Step 5: Replace bags into stroller, hurry to get out ticket
Step 6: Enter theme park

That's what I'll be doing in October and that's fine with me!

And again, just because you believe your right doesn't mean you can hide all of the signs of knowing that the searcher doesn't believe that you are right.

Finally, like it or not, there is an amount of profiling going on. So, if you are part of a family of 5 with small children, they probably won't be looking so hard.

Oh well, they have the seraches. They are not going to stop them. When alerts get raised, they look harder. That is just the way it is.

It makes some people feel better. It makes others aggravated. I can really just take it or leave, but I think I do feel better that they are there. Even if it is "just for show".

I always load the kids up in the stroller and put the bags over the handle, skip the tram and walk to the entrance (I need the exercise anyways) have the bags open and ready to search by time I reach the table, stop at the table past security and get my bags back in order then place them under the stroller. Enter the park and enjoy my day. Taking a few minutes for them to search my bags is no big deal, and it givs me a few minutes of down time before the long day at WDW begins.
