Why do people like the sideways inside Magic rooms?

I see a lot of people booking these rooms. What is so special about these sideways rooms?

The layout of the furniture in a sideways room allows for more floor space and the room seems alot more spacious than a typical cat 11 room. I dont know if it is any bigger square footage wise but it feels like it is.

There is a better flow to the room. We booked the 12-night med this morning were able to get a sideways room on deck 6 (which we have previously stayed in )
