Why do I have to keep calling for a printed statement...

from CRO showing my charges and credits, thus far, for my Nov. trip. I originally booked (back in Feb) with the AAA rate, paid 2 nights deposit, switched to AP rate in Aug. Twice I have called and requested a paper statement be mailed to me. I want to verify all the figures I was given on the phone by having it in writing. Last time I called was 2 weeks ago. Anyone else have trouble getting a printed statement from CRO?

We booked directly with Disney and received a paper confirm in a few days. We had a few changes before final pmt and they also sent confirms in the mail. Upon making the final pmt, we received another confirm with 0 balance due. I would call and request it if I were you. Good luck in getting it. I can't see why you haven't received it.
