Why do I have 4 fastpasses

Am I missing something? I changed a fastpass out but now there seems to be 4 of them. It is only us as a family of 4 and this is my daughter's 7th birthday. This is what shows up when I check my fastpasses:

Not sure what you were trying to post, but the old one is not really there.

You are probably seeing the infamous ghost FP. You likely only have 3.
