Why do I do this to myself?

Every once in a while, I go out to petfinder.org and take a look at the small female dogs they have available. One of the first things I intend to get when we get a house is a dog. DH is gone too often later than I like, and I want a dog for protection. Just something that barks, but it has to be something hypoallergenic like a Shih Tzu or Lhasa Apso.

Well, I've found 3 cute Shih Tzu girls that are available right now. I have no room for a dog right now, so it's a moot point until we get the house. I know it's a moot point until we get the house, but I look anyway.

Why do I do that to myself?

Oh, I know exactly what you mean! I've always wanted a dog, and now we have 12 acres in the country, but.........we're gone a minimum of 9 hours a day, so that wouldn't be fair.

I still look and want though.......

It doesn't mean I want Sam & Molly any less.
