Why do I always freeze in Central Plaza

I have noticed ever since they added the christmas decorations I get stuck and can not move in central plaza. I can see everyone move I can not type and it is so frustrating. Why is this?

Nope never frozen there, maybe they will remove the decorations soon. and whats worse being frozen or ignored?
