Why diff rates at diff resort for Concierge Level?

They really seem to run a broad range from GF to Wl? If they have basically the same ammenties why such a big price change? Thanks!

Location, room size, and transportation options.

The GF has a view of the MK while the WL does not.

The rooms at the GF are all larger than those at WL.

GF has buses, monorails, and boats while WL only has buses and boats.

They also have different rates for the regular rooms as well. Each deluxe is not the same. While concierge may be based the same, the resort itself is not.

Think most people first decide on the hotel and then whether to stay concierge or not (at least that's what we did). Haven't checked into it, but would expect that the price difference between a hotel's regular and concierge room would be comparable across hotels.
