Why did WDW website let me make an 'Ohana ADR at 181 days in advance?

Well this is weird. I thought my 180-day window opened today. So I went to the website and made my first ADR at 'Ohana for arrival night, no problem. However I couldn't get anything else to book so I went to the ADR calculator just to double check and lo and behold I was mistaken...my window opens TOMORROW.

However I was able to make that 'Ohana dinner ressie with no problems, got a confirmation number and all. Bizarre. Has 'Ohana changed to allow ADRs further out?

I am staying at the Poly so the 180 + 10 rule should apply, correct?

Today is 180 days if you are arriving on July 27. We have the same countdown and it's my 180 days! I need 'Ohana for 8/2 and the system won't let me make it. So frustrating!

Guess it's time to call!

We had the exact same issue for an earlier trip arriving July 2. My laptop went to the new website, but an ipod with exact same username and password log in to Disney went to the "old" website. That website allowed me to make 180 + 10 all on the same day. And with no problems all the confirmed reservations were linked to our package and showed up on either website version. Since this still an issue weeks later, wonder if WDW is planning to do away with the 180 + 10 for on property packages?

Well I called and was able to do them all over the phone with the CM. now having trouble linking ressies to the My Disney Experience app. Ugh!
