Why Couldnt They Make A Later Date For MVMCP In Dec?

Last year the parades were for the 18 and the 19th while this year the last one is the 17th. This will be my first trip ever during xmas and I always wanted to do this and dont think I will be able to since my last day of finals in college is on the 17th. UHHH disney im so upset
I hope everyone else can take advantage and go see this magical parade/Show!!

We were in the same boat last year. We arrived on the 20th and the last party was the 19th I believe. I too was bummed and thought Id feel like we missed out(especially with no Osbourne Lights last year), but honestly we didnt mind. After the party ends the parade is shown during regular park hours so we did get to see that. Also we were able to see one of the little shows in front of the castle during regular hours. From what Ive gotten about the party we missed out on the picture, hot cocoa, and snow(we get enough of that at home).
So while yes, it would be nice to atend the party, dont feel too upset if you have to miss it. You should be able to catch mos tof the stuff during regular park hours Christmas week.
