Why can't you sell Monorail Poster?

The ugly thing is the only poster in my inventory, any idea why it can't be sold?
It was never quest.

Don't have any clue. There are several items that can't be sold.


Personally, I think it's dumb. There should never be something that can't be sold or traded. Especially if it's stuff that you just don't want.

Can it be traded? Odd it's not something you can sell, it's still available, correct? If you really want it gone, I'll trade something for it.
