Why Can't You Pay Your Balance In Advance????

LOL...relax! Here is some pixie dust for you pixiedust: I wasn't trying to say you were stupid. I just meant that our trips are always paid off early, and you might have just had a CM that didn't know what they were doing. It happens to me all the time with the over the phone CM's. But You said you called back and still nothing. But I did read that you made your ressies online. I have always made mine over the phone. Guess thats the difference.
 
I'm surprised to read that you can't pre-pay. I've seen this in several posts this week.

Last fall (Oct) I reserved 4 nights at POR (room only) for early Dec. I was charged for the first night.

About a week before arrival, I called to put in a room request and paid the balance. I had no problem when I checked in or out.

Is it me or do the policies seem to change depending on what CM you get on the phone? :confused3

See, that's what I'm thinking. We've always made room-only reservations over the phone and never had a problem paying them off before we arrive. :confused3
 
Room Only Reservations that originated online CANNOT be paid in full in advance. There is actually a sticky at the top of this forum that details this exact situation. You can read more about it here:

Room only reservations that originated with a telephone call to CRO .. *CAN* be paid in full in advance.

Hope this clears up the confusion.
