Why can't I select my entire party for FastPass via MDE?

Hey guys...need some help. I have 4 people in my party but it will only allow me to select 2 even though we all have the same tickets. It keeps giving me an error to call Disney. What's the deal?

My sister-in-law and her hubby are on 1 reservation and my hubby and I on the other. We are linked via MDE. HELP!
