why can't I see my reservations online?

I log in and it always says "not available at this time" but my sister is having no problem with hers. It has been going on for a week now.

Have you tried using the "find missing reservations" link? If not, give this a go. If youve already done this and its still not working, I would call disney and double check on your reservation, just to put your mind at ease.

Every now and then when I log in (i log in daily) it won't show my reservation and I'll have to "search" for it, but then it pops up no problem, with all my dining and rooms.
