After almost crying when I couldn't pull up the ADR's I made online this morning, I called in, and the CM was able to pull them up. Why can't I access them online?
Could they be listed under a different phone number? I couldn't find mine either at first, but then I tried an old phone number (from 10 years ago!) and there they were! They must have still had that number on file somewhere even though I had given them my current number. So maybe there are other numbers (cell, etc.) you could try?
I had the same problem with 3 of my reservations. I was able to pull up all the rest. I called and they had them. That's all I care about. I had the right reservation and phone number but still nothing on-line. I guess there are still a few little problems, but overall it's good.
