Why can't i pay on reservation package online?

I've been doing it but now it says to call? I HATE calling when i can do it online so much quicker.
Our trip isn't until late Nov
Ironicslky we are starting at Universal last half of the trip and it's not letting me pay online either and it always did.
Frustrating!!

Never mind disney changed all of a sudden but still can't pay universal online
