why can't I get onto the member site?

Is anyone else having trouble logging onto the member site? Since the front page was revised, it seems I can't log in. First it went to a blank page, now it says the page is not available. How do I get back on? Help, I need to look at some point issues with my contract. thanks

I just logged on with no problem, but nothing looked revised to me.

I have two browsers that I use....

When I use Mozilla Firefox, I can't get on

BUT

When I use Internet Explorer, I have no problems!

It was like that yesterday too

I'd recommend clearing your cache and cookies, rebooting and trying again. Sometimes old logins at other Disney sites block you from getting in at the MS website. Good luck.
