Why can't I book Hoop-Dee-Do?

I am trying to book for mid-December and it won't let me....do they not release the dinner reservations yet?

We are going from Dec 10th- Dec 17th. I read on a website around June 27th you can book HDDR. I'm waiting for that day to book one of my favorite places to eat.
