Why can't I attach a picture to my post?

I recently tried to attach my first picture to a post, and under my posting rules it says I may not post attachments? It also says that HTML code is off. Can anyone tell me why or how to fix this so I can attach pictures to my posts? Thanks.

My posting rules say the same thing and I've posted several pictures. Try doing it if you haven't and if you have and it doesn't work, then I don't know what is going on.

Try going to photbucket.com and subscribing there (easy). Then copy your URl of the photo you want to attach. Let me know if you need further assistance. Hope this helps!
