Why can’t I see park reservation avail

It keeps going to blank .. what am I doing wrong ? I don’t want to book a hotel for a week when I’m not sure what I can access ?
And do I have to have the tickets bought or just the hotel reservation to book park passes ?
And yes I may book a package and cancel if I can’t go in May , new dvc owner and with all the border not sure when I can go..
