Since their hair is everywhere!

I have just finished most of the downstairs floors and have had to empty the vacuum twice. I swept the kitchen floor, vacuumed it and swept again and there was still dog hair when I washed it!!

I am afraid this does not bode well for summer, we must be in for a hot one because they are certainly thinning out!

LOL!!

Everytime I empty my vaccum...I look at my dog and say "Seriously Jazz...where do you get it all?!?"

LOL! here too. I think youre right, were in for it this summer

I found all this red stuff next to a corner on the floor and I thought someone had spilled something there, nope just dog hair! apparently thats where she likes to scratch herself against the wall! LOL

If only we could find a way to market it...we could be rich!! ;)

I always tell my German Shepherd that I could get another puppy from all the fur he sheds! He sheds way more than my 5 cats.

I thought the same with my 3 bunnies. I cleaned their cage out a few days ago and when I opened the hutch door it looked like another few bunnies had moved in!!

My MIL use to have a WHITE dog and a NAVY BLUE couch that didn't get along very well together. You would think the couch was actually a light blue color if you'd never seen it without all the dog hair on it :)

I have this problem with my own hair though  My hair is so think and I shed a lot of it during the summertime. Yep, I could probably make a couple of wigs out of all the hair I shed.

Umm...maybe you could invent doggie wigs ;)

I swept the living room rug yesterday, went back through there 15 minutes later, and found my white German Shepherd lying there. When she got up, I was quite dismayed to see that YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL THAT I HAD VACUUMED ALREADY! ARRRGGGHHH!

Between the 2 puppies and the cat our house is constantly covered in fur. I am really glad we have hardwood floors though it does make it quite a bit easier to clean.

I'm just glad greyhounds "don't shed" cause I can't imagine the hair if anyone admitted they actually do. Oh, and they do bark too. :p

yeah...our dog with her white hair and our brand new green chennile couches are hard to get along too! hehehe

doing a good job of training her to stay OFF the new furniture though...even left an old lay-z-boy in the room for HER to sleep on. (yes folks - my dog has her own recliner...AND a papasan...in the living room.)

however - it's very easy to tell when she's been on the new couch...or when DH has been playing with her/rolling on the ground with her, and then sitting on the couch.

It's nice to know I have company in the dog hair department! I've been thinking of taking the carpet off the stairs because they are just TOO hard to vacuum and I can never get all of the dog hair off of them anyway. I could start a business selling beautiful brown toupees. :p

Duncan is naked right now and I'm still seeing little black hairs everywhere. The groomer shaved him down a couple weeks ago, so we call him naked.

DH complains that the dog and I both have too much hair. He's bald and I offered to make him a wig with the hair I clean out of the vacuum, but he refused.

Chiming in to say its not just dogs! My cats are awful too, especially the Persian and Himi.....ooo the white hair!!
