Why aren't my ADRs on my vacation page?

I booked mine a week or so ago without any issues on line. I wrote down all the confirmation #s and got confirmed e-mails that they were booked. I had to call for two of them since they wanted a CC to hold them and I have a dining package. At one point I saw my first ADR on my vacation page and now there's nothing? Is this normal? Do I need to add them individually or what?
