Why are Universal's hotels not listed in 2003 Entertainment Book?

I left a post on the budget board wondering this question.

My 2002 Entertainment book had pages and pages of hotels to call for an Entertainment rate in Orlando. The 2003 book which I just received had only one column.

Both books are my local book. I am glad to see that Universal is still honoring it, (according to other posts here) but I was concerned.

Was also wondering if other area books (like the Orlando local) would have more hotels listed.

Thanks!

In the Mississippi 2003 edition the Universal hotels are listed in the Blue section. I assumed this was a national listing. However the card does not specify what state the book was issued.

In the Phila. book they are listed in the blue pages under Orlando: Universal's Hard Rock Hotel and Universal's Portofino Bay Hotel.

If you go to entertainment.com you can register your book and look up hotels by city. This allowed me to check cities not listed in my book at all and it led me to a great rate for a Kidsuite at Holiday Inn in Cocoa Beach for $75.00.

Holiday Inn is great about Entertainment rates on their websites. You simply search for your date and place and select "entertainment" from the dropdown.

Could not find any other chain that allows that online.

We just booked a HRH Entertainment Rate - $135 poll view. They told us to bring the card to check-in. We are from New Jersey.
