Why are there no Kali FP+ in March?

Hi everyone. My 60 day FP+ day opened today and I was able to get everything I wanted at the times I wanted(including 7 dwarves and Anna and Elsa) for Easter week but couldn't get Kali River Rapids. It's not showing availability for the entire week we are there (March 19-26). I know it's under refurb. but that is supposed to end in Feb. Are they holding back in case the refurb takes longer than expected? Did they change the refurb date? Just trying to figure out if I should keep checking in case availability opens up. TIA
