Why are there no codes for April 9th-26th?

As luck would have it, I'm traveling to WDW the week before all these great codes are coming out! (April 22-26th) I am thinking it's because of Easter Holiday and maybe Spring Break, but I'm sure that the resorts aren't anticipating to fill to capacity - so why not fill up those rooms with a great rate instead of making guests like me switch to a non-disney resort. I had made up my mind that this trip I would finally get to try the POLY - but $450/nt for a garden room?!? Luckily I was able to get the Dolphin for $129/nt - but being an annual passholder being faced with having to actually pay "rack-rates" for the first time ever is a little depressing.

I'm with you on that!!
We arrive April 23rd.
Because of school schedules.....my DD is also a teacher and my younger DD just has too much going on at school to pull her out......plus various other reasons. We were very limited to when we could go.

I'm not stuck with rack rates....we did get DC rates at CSR. But we are paying ALOT more than I was hoping for.
And with the way they have cut hours, etc for that week.....they should give some kind of discount....maybe not over Easter weekend.....but at least beginning like the 24th!!!!!

Don't give up yet. You never know. If things are bad enough, they will make last minute discounts available.
