Why are the room charging limits diff. for each resort?

I apologize if you feel I'm "making this into such a big deal".
that Isn't/wasn't my intent. The only purpose a board such as this (IMHO) serves is to inform others. I simply want 'others' to realize that we had had "different experiences".

Yes we are. I just felt that you might have thought I was not being truthful. Everyone has different experiences at WDW whether it is a dirty room or an uninformed CM. It happens and I just wanted those to know that and be prepared for it. It can be most embarrassing to say the least.
