Why are some of my ADRs showing up as cancelled?

I know I didn't cancel them. I didn't have other reservations for the same time either. I'm so confused.
One of them that is cancelled is for Hoop Dee Doo that I used my credit card to hold.
 
are they showing up cancelled or just not showing up at all.

During the system upgrade for dining some of the ADRs were lost in the system as to showing up online.

They were not cancelled just not viewable.

if you have your conf number you can call and verify them with Dining.

I put in my reservation # under "retrieve reservations" and it comes but says cancelled next to it. Weird.

At least I still have the e-mail with confirmation, will I still be able to get in to the show with that?

I will check our credit card to see if it was charged.

You definitely need to call to get it straightened out - your confirmation won't work if it now says cancelled. Not something you want to get into an argument over while checking in at Hoop.
 

I agree. That happened to me in May. My ADR was "cancelled", but not by me. I was indeed turned away and was not seated. I wrote to Disney afterwards and they called to tell me that it was a "human" error on their part and would be sending feedback in to the dining site. I was glad they called with a response, but it still did not take the "sting" out of being turned away from LeCellier on our arrival day to kick off our vacation. Talk about a bummer!
 
I called and they at first said it wasn't there and then they said they had it but it got changed because we didn't have the dining plan when we booked it and used our credit card. I don't know, I don't quite understand it, but I took down the confirm # they gave me and I hope we're ok.
