As a teacher, I see many children throwing used Kleenex, gum, food, and paper on the ground in a classroom. Whenever I catch a child dropping anything, I make them pick it up and copy the school behaviour policy (a section on littering is included). I have even had parents challenge me because "their taxes pay for the custodians." If children try to get away with these actions in school - what do you think these children get away with a home? What bothers me the most are the parents who will defend their children for littering! These are probably the same people who litter in the WDW parks.
