It's Dh's birthday on Tuesday next week, I still have no idea what I am going to get him for a pressie.
Today I thought about trying to find a cheap short break, but I can't find anything on the net - I fancied Jersey or something like that as I don't want to fly too far "in my condition!"

Can anyone think of anything that I could get for him?? He is useless about telling anyone anything that he wants!!

he likes:
Cars, cars err cars and cars!

He has just had a new car!!! :confused3

:sad2:

How about one of those Red Letter Day presents - something to do with cars??

You could always get him a second car (who can have too many?), just look out for any disgruntled girlfriends/ wives selling 50p cars on ebay!! :teeth:

:moped:

Here's a list of what any man wants for his birthday - I don't know why women find it so difficult :teeth: Any one or combination of the following:

Lager
Jack Daniel's
Pamela Anderson Calender
Spiderman comics
Clint Eastwood DVD's

Simple end of story!

Lol

Sadly I must be an exception as none of those things appeal to me :(

Now a new guitar on the other hand ;) :rockband:

none of those would appeal to my DH either!

I have been thinking about a new pair of trainers as his smell awful, I got him an in car ipod charger today which I guess is a start!

my mom is buying him fish! :rotfl: we only have four left in our tank at the moment, wish I had thought of that first!!

men arent that hard to buy for lol. just take him out shopping and see what lil things seem to catch his eye.

if hes a big car person then maybe some dvd's relating to cars or books or a subscription to his favourite car magazine or like kaylee sayd a red letter day to do with racing or something.

maybe some lessons for an advanced driving licence course?

failing that get him halfords vouchers j/k :rotfl:

I must be lucky, but I find DH really easy to buy for :)

What about some nice clothes?

As an average male I feel I am qualified to have a go at this one.

The ultimate male gift?

A crate of beer served by a Hooters girl while watching England win the World Cup final.

I realise the last one may be a little difficult to arrange, but I think you'll find we're worth it.

As for some of the other ideas - nice clothes? halfords vouchers? FISH? Good lord, and you wonder why we despair! :rotfl2:

Kev

Forget the beer, forget winning the World Cup

Just the Hooters Girl would make a great pressie for any normal male

If you cannot manage the Hooters Girl how about one of the off road thingies ie driving a tank or a porsche round a race track

I bought DH six golf lessons as part of his present - he was delighted. In the past I have also bought him a lesson in a Microlight.

Good on you, Kev! I thought I was the only real bloke out there for a while!
Anyway my list for presents for the girls is:

An iron (with new ironing board if they have been really good)
Toasted Sandwich Maker
3 Tier Steamer
French Maid's outfit
Cookery Book

Best wishes

Lol :teeth:

Clothes - no good got loads
Red letter day - no good - drives a 380 bhp mitsubishi evo, anything else would dissapoint!
Beer - Only drinks cider
Hooters - not a chance!!
World cup / football - hates football.

Socks - now there's an idea!!! :rotfl:

I know its a bit late as his birthday is so soon, but one of the best presents I have ever got my DH was a Disney Share which I bought for last Christmas. I had it framed and it really surprised him, now whenever we go to WDW he says he's inspecting his investment - LOL :rotfl:
