Why am I sitting here

wanting to bawl? Work is busy, but not as busy as it has been, Christmas gifts are coming along, homelife is wonderful. So why am I sitting here feeling like I could cry and cry and cry? I can't blame it on PMS, a hysterectomy 3 months ago took care of that.

Unless you had your ovaries also removed, the hysterectomy didn't take care of it.

Cheer up donald's daisy, mabe it is a hormonal thing. Or it just might be that time of year. We all are so busy that stress can do that. Trying to make a perfect holiday can be overwhelming too.
Maybe it is a Friday the 13th thing ! I'm sitting here with a sick child and lots of forfeited plans. I shall cry with you I think.

I've been sappy and crying too last night and today. I think it has something to do with dd turning 13 today!!!! And that fact that my mom isn't here to celebrate with her and she was there the minute she was born. I know that's my problem today. Plus other mom things.....UGH

DD is already feeling better , thanks for the well wishes. Hope you and SO can have a great weekend! I think DH is getting takeout for us to eat and watch last nights ER. Not what was planned, but fun anyway!

Shrimp Pockets! I did not want the standard Pizza, Chinese or wings we usually get when we do takeout. He had to run by the mall for a Christmas errand after work and that is what I wished to eat! Actually, Smokey Bones would have been tasty too. Perhaps I should call him!

I am so sorry you are going through all the sadness, for whatever reason, especially during the holidays. Please reconsider putting up the decorations. Christmas isn't about the "haves" and "have nots" despite popular thinking. Money for us is tight this year so we are giving loaves of cake because that is all we can do. Please PM me if you want to talk.

And BBB - if ya'll want to go to Smokey Bones, just yell, we'd be there in 10 minutes!
