I had the same problem last month. My e-mail provider upgraded their system and I stopped receiving e-mails from Mypoints. Actually, I wasn't getting a lot of my e-mail. So, I moved over to a gmail account. No problems since then.
For those of you that aren't getting emails any longer, please check with MyPoints and your email providers. I jsut opened my email this morning and already had 3 emails from MyPoints (just from the overnight hours).
I was not getting any either all of a sudden. I actually went into my email preferences, and had somehow gotten unsubscribed from all emails. So check under "My Account" "email preferences" to make sure you click on all email options.
