Do you have a "spam" filter on your e-mail? I have mistakenly marked certain e-mails spam and have wondered what happend to them. I had to mark them not "spam".
The DVC mailer come through a site called chtah.com some filters consider it spam. Perhaps your provider has an additional spam filter that is stopping the member mail. You may want to contact your provider, and ask if they have a spam filter that blocks mail from <disneyvacationclub@dvc.chtah.com>
My email has a junk mail folder. If you haven't done it already, check your junk mail folder to see if it is getting sorted out away from your inbox. If it is, you can mark it as non junk mail and future mailing should go to your inbox.
You may also need to contact DVC to get this fixed. My husband had this problem, he marked it as spam and had to send a email/letter that he made an error and that he wanted mailings from DVC.
