Why am I keep getting the Olaf page when trying to modify FP using MDE site?

i have no problem modifying or booking FP using the App or desktop, but if I am using my phone accessing the MDE site, I have Olaf whenever I try to book or modify a FP. I have cleared all my history data. What else am I missing here? I will be at WDW in one week and I hope to get some 4th+ FP by refreshing at the MDE site. It seems that I wouldn't be able to do so. Please help! TIA!!

I don't know the answer to your question about the mobile site. But why not just use the MDE app then? It's much better anyway and has useful features.

Thanks for your advice! I just tried it with Chrome and it is ok. I guess it's a problem with Safari. All good now! I want to have all possible options available just in case. Thanks again!

I get the Olaf with chrome sometimes (and a lot of other site problems)
If it happens again try using an incognito window, it always works!

Because Disney IT thinks "if we give them cute they won't notice our functions don't work"?

Because Disney IT is perhaps still operating at a 1997 level, not 2017
