The refrigerator in my kitchen is stuffed full of healthy food. There's yogurt --cucumbers, salad, tomatoes, green pepper, onions, feta cheese, corn on the cob--cherries, grapes, watermelon, strawberries, apples, bananas (on the counter).
This is not what is usually in my refrigerator. Is this yours?

Very funny!! I remember feeling the same way when I started dieting!! My refridgerator has seen more action in the last 5 months than it has seen in years!

Mine is usually empty=) LOL...can't ever keep enough food in it for everyone around here!
You sounds like you have lots of good choices to get you going! I just had the tastiest pineapple today and it reminded me that there are plenty of tasty foods out there to enjoy!

I know you were going shopping, because you were getting your list together the other day, and it looks like you stocked up on great, fresh, healthy food! Wonderful!

So, your thread made me look. What exactly IS in my refrigerator? Well, for one thing, it's pretty full. There is basically a mix of healthy stuff (for me), and some not so healthy stuff (for my very skinny husband and skinny kid). But what I realized is that I have a boatload of condiments in there! What the h*** is it with condiments anyway? I've got salsas up the ying yang, oodles of dressings, gobs of marinades, and just how many different kinds of BBQ sauce does someone need anyway? Yikes, I believe it's time to clean out the fridge!

We don't have enough room for all the veggies and water bottles. It also has the stuff the teen boys eat, not what DW and I are eating. Time to shop for a garage fridge.

ROFLMAO - Linda!!!I know exaclty where you're coming from!!!

I just cleaned out my fridge last week and the top shelf was stuffed full of sauces, curry pastes, chillis, mustards, mint sauce.........etc etc etc

I could not believe the amount of stuff tucked away in there.
