25 days left. Can't wait. Planning on proposing to my girlfriend. Any suggestions on where to do the deed.

We'll be there the same time you are. I say propose when the moment strikes you as right - you really can't go wrong at WDW. My poor husband was so nervous, I still feel bad for him We hooneymooned there 7 years ago and will be celebrating our anniversary while we're there. Best Wishes!!!

We'll be there Oct 26-Nov 1, staying at OKW. How romantic to get engaged at WDW! I think if I were going to be proposed to at WDW, I'd like it to be in front of the castle maybe when the fireworks are going off, or at the end of the night during the castle's "goodnight kiss". We are there from Oct 27 - Nov 7. Our trip includes OKW, DCL, and the Beach Club Villas!

My vote for a proposal would also be in front of the castle. It couldn't be any better than that.

We'll be there Oct. 25- Nov. 7! I'm getting so excited. DH and I spent our honeymoon at WDW just over 14 years ago. You can probably tell from all the anniversaries mentioned here it's lucky to associate WDW with your marriage!!!
As for the proposal, you couldn't go wrong at the castle. Or, if she has a favorite ride or attraction you could do it there (obviously not during RnRC or the thrill rides). For instance Spaceship Earth, Buzz, Kilimanjaro Safari, would be memorable.

But now, on to the good stuff!! I will break with tradition here and offer another suggestion. Why not take a romantic stroll along the beach of the Poly or Beach Club area (if you are staying at one of these resorts - or even if you aren't ) around fireworks time and propose then. In that instance, it is just the two of you and you still have the special effects.

However, if you want the big backdrop thing - then go for the castle - either way, I'm sure it will be the right place at the right time and the most special moment of her life.

You must be about to jump out of your skin with excitement!!

My sister and I will be there from the 26th - November 2nd. I, personally, would love it in front of Castle, but that's because it's the most special place to me. You need to find a place that will be special for both of you - you know there are bound to be an infinite number of them in the World!!

Let us know if you make a decision before you go - perhaps one of us will be witness to the event and be able to capture it on film "by accident" for you!!

You definetly can't go wrong with a WDW proposal!! My DH proposed to me at a Halloween party 10 years ago!! LOL! (we were in costume and all - the hosts we're in on the whole deal) Anyway does your girlfriend really like Halloween - maybe a MNSSHP proposal in front of the castle or favorite ride or favorite character??? Congratulations on wherever you do it! And of course you'll be following it up with a WDW honeymoon?!?!

We'll be there October 23- Nov 1. In front of the castle during fireworks or at the CG at a window table during fireworks. Maybe you notice I think fireworks are romantic? LOL!
