Who's stayed at DoubleTree Hotel Universal?

If you've stayed here can you please provide any information.
How are the rooms?
The restaurants & service?
Shuttles to Universal and Seaworld?
They say its a 5 min walk to Universal, is this accurate?

This hotel would definitely be more in my budget right now than staying at one of the Universal Hotels.
I've stayed at Hard Rock before and loved how close that was. We walked to the parks every day.
