Who's in for GREECE and TURKEY, June 15 2003????

This means 50 days until the first group of cruisers can book shore excursions etc.!:yay:

I guess it is time to start hitting the guide books!
I'm sorry if I missed the post if there was one...do we have a 'name/motto' and/or Greece/Mickey- themed picture for this cruise? I love the one on Lynn G's signature line...

Mindy - go here:
SPREADSHEET and just make your correction right there. It should automatically save it.
Just a friendly reminder to enter your information on the Spreadsheet Roll Call. It will give those of us doing FE gifts a general idea of the number in the FE exchange so far.

What date should we use for the FE exchange cut-off? I'm thinking April 15 or the end of April? Thoughts?

Can't wait for the "new" ports to have their excursions listed so we can see what else we want to do!

Nothing "official" for the group.

I think mid-April is better because while that would be two months before sailing, so many of us will be leaving up to a week before we sail, and so many of us are going to be going through the mad-dash that is the end of the school year with our teens, I know I'd rather have those extra two weeks for planning/preparation.

i'm looking for suggestions from those that have already done the med cruise. this will be our first time and i just have no idea what are the must sees or maybe the best ones for first timers. we are not big into spending hours at museums. i'm more comfortable with disney tours but my husband and our friend enjoy just wandering! any ideas? thanks!!!!

If you go to the thread I've copied here, Kim wrote a whole thread that recounts our Med cruise from 2010 with things we liked and things we didn't...Hope it helps.

Looking forward to it too! We became Platinum in August 2012 on the Canada Cruise. Can't wait to be back on the Magic....she is like home to us.

Another step closer to cruising...

I just booked my flights a few days ago --
redeemed ff miles for a (mostly) business ticket on Lufthansa. Has anyone flown them before? I'm glad the routing only has 2 segments in each direction -- BOS-FRA-BCN and reverse. (Previous searches were only finding availability on routings like BOS-YUL-ZRH-BRU-BCN.)

Now if only the new port excursions would appear on the web site....

We have flown then a couple of times from SFO to Frankfort . A live long friend is a flight attend and has worked for them ever since the old PanAm bought the route in the late 1970s/early 1980s. Our experience was good and my friend says they are a good employer.

I'm flying Lufthansa as well TOR-FRA-BCN, arriving on the 13th,! I've heard a lot of good things about them!

With at least 2 Dis families on Luftansa I am going to have to see if Mark will be on one of your flights. Since he has a lot of senority he is usually in 1st class. Flies to the East Coast of North America a lot. Sue
