What is the Happy Haunts Ball?

I will be there for the last 2 weeks in October, and we are attending MNSSHP on the 24th but haven't heard about "the Ball".
Is it just for adults? Thanks.

Is anyone else going to the Happy Haunts Ball???

I can't wait to get the Merchandise Selection Book (RSP). Actually, I can't wait to get anything official!!! I can't wait to see the Headless Horseman galloping down the empty, deserted Main Street! (at least, that's what he did last year!)
