Who's going to the Fort in December?

Supposed to be there from December 6-16 hopefully in a new travel trailer if we buy it before then.

We'll be there December 27 till January 2. We're in our 32 ft Puma TT in a preferred site. Our three girls and two of their friends will help us bring in the New Year's. Can't wait!!

We'll be there 11/27-12/12. We've requested either loop 300 or 800.

Me and the family will be in a cabin from Nov 28 until Dec 6. Have no idea what loop we will be in. (Probably be in the cabin that is the furthest away from the docks, since we can't do the golf cart for the stay.)

Be there 11-29 to 12-15 full hookup. Mother, wife
& me. Hope to see you. Blue GMC crew cab & 31' jayco tt.

We will be there Dec 15 to Jan 3 hopefully in loop 100 or 200 with our 32 ft TT and our GMC yukon Dad, Mom and three kids

We'll be there 11/29 to 12/9 in a full hook-up site & not too particular about which loop. My dbro, ntsammy5, will be joining us from 11/30 to ....whenever he gets on my nerves!! :rotfl2:

Debbie ♥

We'll be there December 8 - 13. Have requested loop 1600. We'll have a DIS'ers sign on the front of the MH with a pen and mickey heads for anyone to leave us a note. If you find our site and we're not home, leave your site number. Would love to meet any other DIS'ers!

We are going Dec 31st through Jan 6th, I am hoping we can come up a few days earlier. If not, we might try Jetty park for a couple nights then head over to the fort. Thought the kids might like Cape C.

Anyway, when at the Fort we have a prefered. We usually stay in the 1400 near the campfire. Sotp on by for some spiked eggnog on the 31st! We are bringing our bagpiping buddy with us again. We usually bring him on New Years and on St. Patty's and he walks the beach and plays the pipes. Its all good!

We are bringing our bagpiping buddy with us again.

I've seen/heard two "pipers" at the Fort. One is a retired gentleman who is very good at the pipes & very friendly. He is very willing to explain & show you just how the bagpipes work. The other is a young man who also plays very well - I heard him playing near the volleyball area at Meadow. Is your buddy either one of these gentlemen?

We'll be there 16 Dec to 25 Jan in the 1600 loop hopefully. :goodvibes :cool1: :goodvibes

Actually I think so. I remember him talking to some one that night. The person mentioned that they also knew another piper that played at the Fort...but they had not seen him in a while. They asked my friend if he knew the other guy.

Our friend is pretty young. He is in his late twenties. We keep him around because he is fun at parties:lmao: He is aprox 5'7 or so...wears a green kilt. I have a picture of him but cant figure out how to post it (other than using my avatar.)

Anyway, we have kind of adopted this guy as a member of the family and bring him with us to the Fort alot. If you are there on New years...he will be playing down bythe beach.

We will be there Dec 2- Dec8 in a cabin. We requested 2100...so we'll see. I have seen some of the cute ideas that campers identify their loops but what about in a cabin. I want to see some disers.

My husband, our two daughters (3 yrs old and 1.5 yrs old) will be there with our lovely beagle in our motorhome. We requested a preferred pet loop (hopefully 300 or 500) and then the following:

-My parents, their dog, their motorhome and golf cart
-my father-in-law, his wife, their dog, and fifth-wheel
-my sister-in-law, her husband, their 11 mo old daughter in their travel trailer
-family friends in their motorhome with their golf cart
-family friends (and maybe some of their children??ages 18, 22, 25) in their motorhome

If you see a gator blue EZ Go Golf cart with lift, and a big 2006 National Champions Gators sticker on it, it's me!!!!

I am counting down the days:cutie: , see you there

My wife (pregnant with our next child), my almost 2yr old DS, my mom, and myself are heading down from cold Minnesota. We will be at the Fort from Dec 16 - 28th hopefully in the 100 loop. Meeting the in-laws who live in FL for the winter.

We have a black silverado and a crossforce toy hauler. Stop and say hello.
