Oh.... I just read you're going to be in a tent!!! Can you put your Mickey Head decals on the sides of your tent so I can find you???

We'll be there at the Fort from 29 December to 4 January I think. The Bride does that planning. I just drive and pay. And pay. And pay.

Look for the purple spider on the roof of the camper. Her name is Charlotte.

We'll be there Dec. 9th - Dec. 16th. I'm soooo excited!! We have a 30ft. Trailite travel trailer that I'm trying to think of ways to decorate while we're there! My flying monkeys are so excited even though they have NO idea what to expect!

We are staying in a cabin for the first time in Fort Wilderness, I have always dreamed of this opportunity, and it is finally coming true. So, as a newbie to FW any advise on what to do, not do, things to "not miss". Also are there decorations for Christmas, like there are posted for Halloween in the campground? Thanks in advance.

We're staying at FW Dec 16-21 in our pop-up! This is our first time! Any advice? Should we request a certain loop? Has anyone done the backyard BBQ and campfire?

Just wondering how do we find out the movie schedules for December???? I know I am asking a broad range of questions but I am just soooooooooo excited about our first time at the Fort.

I believe there is only one partial hookup loop for tents and pop-ups and it is loop 1500. There could be others but I am not sure. You can always request a full hook-up and you are not so limited as to the loop.

I have never attended the BBQ but have attended the campfire with my children in their younger days and they loved it. In fact, they are ages 23 and 26 now and when we do stay at the Fort and they visit they still take the golf cart and go to the movies at the campfire.

There is a "Sticky" thread at the beginning giving you the movie schedule for the current month. December will not be out until the end of November or the 1st of December.

I will be there with my wife, 3 year old daughter, 3 month old son, and 2 beagles from 12/29 - 1/12.
