Not sure if a similar thread has been started but I thought it would be cool to see who OFFICIALLY gets the first REAL pin for 2013. An actual pin, not the same as a GP offer. Can't wait! Hope it's me!

I've actually been reading on other threads that some CMs have been telling people to check back the first week of October which is right around the corner. I hope there is some truth to this!

I saw in another thread last week that the current offers (through year end) expire on 9/29, so the next discount should be out shortly after that.

You can get them both ways but I've only gotten them by email. I got a few of them at the beginning of the year to be used in 2012. We are not going until next year though so I am hoping for something good for next year.

I, also read bout a possible early October discount.
I don't know if there is any truth to this, and maybe any TA's can confirm or deny this, but I "HEARD" that TA's heard about discounts FIRST from Disney. Makes sense...
My TA agent friends hasn't heard anything YET...Not that they won't soon.

Not a dumb question at all. It took me a while to figure out the abbreviations on here and I still have a hard time figuring some out! And yes GP means general public.

I've read on two other threads that two different people had pins for 2013 (RO discount). One called and spoke to a CM and one received snail mail. Same offer. Anyone else?
