Thanks for the great photos!!! This will be our 5th stay at POR.....We love it there......We havent stayed there since they changed the food court.....
My plan is to retire in 10 years, move to Florida and drive the pontoon boats from POR to DTD !!!

Hay my DW also wants that job POR to DTD but we have a pool for 25 years and she still can't swim so I guess that wouldn't qualify her. Now I'm dead when she reads this. My sister in law was in to interview for the Ferry God Mother about a month ago they live close to DW and are waiting for me to retire so I can move down and enginer the train in MK but I think that job is taken for the next 50 years. But I would take any job working around Dixie Landings. I'll come in early morning and take care of the pool but you will probably see me sneaking off to the hot tub. There she is in the back seat of the picture at Splash MT taken in June.

Use to love the drive from PA 81-77-26-95-6-Disney but flew the last 3 years. We live in the country about 3 miles from where 81 and 80 cross.
Just want to say tomorrow is our 50 day to go mark.

Great for you not having to drive. You'll be down there in no time! Since 9-11 my husband just wont fly. We drive 81-66-17-95.

Check out the websites for Gardengrocer and Wegoshop. That seems to be what most people use.

36 days to go! YA HOOOO! Just starting to get really really excited. Haven't been on the boards in awhile but now I am keeping tabs on the rehabs and closures and such. Can't pack yet, my husband would put me in the loonie bin. Definitely thinking of what I should pack, last time I had the kids with me and this time it is an adult trip. I guess we don't need as much stuff.

Going shopping for new summer clothes next week in PA, hoping for some good deals so I can look good in the world. Will start my list soon. Anyone know of a good list somewhere???

I started packing last night!

My DH looked at me like I had lost my mind! But, I kindly informed him that packing for Disney was keeping me sane. Because I can't wait!!

I'm so ready to go - it's hard to stand it! In fact, I started dreaming about Main Street! September 5th can't come soon enough!

We got our docs in the mail yesterday! I was excited....my kids didn't understand why I was happy to get a bunch of papers! LOL

Will be at the Poly Sept. 12-20 - the Cowboys will be on Monday Night Football and would love to be able to view the game and enjoy a drink ... or 2 or 3 ... while watching. Hubby will be watching ALONE in our room (no one should be around him during a Cowboys game!!!) - OR - daughter and I decide to watch at the ESPN club will transportation be available to get us back to the Polynesian between midnight and 1 AM? Any Cowboy fans want to join us for the game?

I've never enjoyed planning for a trip more than this one.
5weeks away & I already have that pretrip glow - can't get me down feeling. I love it! That right there is almost worth what I figure is my family's most expensive trip to date.

i am not sure where you can watch the game but i am sure glad you will have waking up in Disney to make you feel better after your boys lose at home to my birds........... .....lol
