what time will ya'll be at LTT? We'll try to meet up there. I wasn't able to book dinner there, we decided to go to late for that. But, I would like to meet some DISers.

I already have my Green MM heads done with my Tinkerbellz and a mickey pumpkin on them.

Hey everybody we will be at the party on the 6th too!!! My son is going to be a tool man (our homemade version of bob the builder) and I think I'll be in a trading spaces shirt (stole the idea). I've been to lazy to make any Miskey heads and now I think it's too late. We weren't able to get LTT but hope to see some of you there. Thanks to all who wished me well after my root canal. I think it worked because I'm begining to feel better. I sure hope I can eat all that FREE food.

Hey MINNIEBOWSER ~ Were you aware of the codes that came out today? I called and wasn't able to get the discount but SeaSpray did and she'll also be there at the same time as us! When I called there were no more discounts available for concierge but there were still some for that time frame for non-concierge lagoon view! Just wanted to make sure you knew about it!

I did call today and ask about the room only code. I have a room only AAA discount right now and with the code I would have saved about $80. So I chose to keep what I had already. I did not want to have 1 ressie for the 22nd and then a 2nd ressie for the 23rd-29th. A split stay (even when at the same resort) would be too stressful for me. I would worry something would go wrong. Thank you very much for the suggestion though!!!

Maybe you could just put EMP. on your tshirt. That is okay, I will just look for someone who looks like an EMP. I am tall and thin with dark hair. I stand out in a crowd. Or should I say above it.
Oh, I will put Seaspray on my list too of people to look for. Now I need a list because it is more than 2 people.

Oh, I wouldn't have done that switch for $80 either. Not worth the hassle!

Just look for someone short, round-ish, grey, with a tail that keeps falling off. No, seriously, our family isn't too hard to find. I have to stick with the short, roundish description for me! Myself and DS16 and DS13 have red hair, DS11 has blonde hair and DH has almost no hair! And DS16 has Down Syndrome. Really, we're a family that's pretty hard to miss.

I'm glad to hear you would have only saved $80 over AAA. I was feeling left out as we're going in the black hole of discount dates 10/14 - 10/23. I was glad I made reservations early and got AAA.

I'm getting so excited but there is just so much work to do before I go. I'm really going to need a vacation.

And don't worry about the scattered thunderstorms. They don't always show up and besides, if you look at the weather for today, right now it's SUNNY!!! What more could you ask for!!

WOW!!! I wish we were leaving tomorrow - for us the price difference from Sat to Sat as opposed to our Tues to Tues was $400 PER TICKET!! We got RT $120 Chicago to MCO - it was over $1,000 to fly out from Fri to Mon!! so Tues it is!!

Lisa, no worries, Florida is a tropical state, so it rains every day!! Just be prepared, if you have little ones, go to AKL or WL where you can roam inside, otherwise stick a poncho on, and wait for the crowds to thin out, try an indoor activitiy within a park ( a show, HM< Pirates etc!!)

Going to Disney, Going to DISNEY wooHOO woo HOO...

You can't worry about them! I think pretty much the whole month of October shows them everyday! I pay attention to the chance percentage. 70% or above I get a little concerned, but from past experience, 60% or below chance are either non-existent or a quick afternoon thunderboomer! which can only be expected for FLA! Numerous times we went inside a show and it was bright and sunny, only to come out and find out that it had poured! But it does tend to pass that quickly! ENJOY AND DON"T WORRY ABOUT THE WEATHER.......IT's OUT OF OUR CONTROL ANYWAY!!!!!!!!

Wow! I can't believe we leave in less than three weeks! We are driving down and I have to get the van in next week to make sure everything is ok. Of course, it's only got 13,000 miles on it so everything better be ok!

I'm going to start packing some stuff this weekend. We will have our pirate costumes finished by next weekend. And our family t-shirts. I ordered books and dvds for the drive down. I have to pick up a few more things to amuse the 20 month old in the car.

And there's about a couple of hundred other things to do.
