I think maybe the smarmy host on the travel channel had something to do with my change of mood about WL. I also would have liked to seen a standard room and more of the pool or at least the waterslide. I am interested in the Boardwalk also but doubt I can affford it. Looking forward to some Aug. codes.

We are staying at YC Aug 21-24, and the Poly 24-30.
We go this time every year and found the crowds to be very manageable!

Would not choose so many changes but first night is a Sat night and I'm loathe to use the DVC points - ditto the 2 nights at the Nick.

We go this time every year and found the crowds to be very manageable!

That is good news about the crowds. I hope the rates are good,too! We've never tried the water parks and were thinking of checking those out in this trip.

Right now it's 50 - 50 whether I'm going, but if I do it will be August 16 - 21st. The place will be the same as last year - POP CENTURY.

We had a great time last year, and hopefully it will be just as good.

Plan on staying at WL Aug 13-20 with just my DS (5) and me.

We were at AKL Feb 6-9 with the whole family, but DS got sick and spent part of the time in the hospital. Taking him back since I feel his trip has too many sad memories and want him to have happy memories of WDW!

I've just booked a standard room at the YC for August 10 -16. If an AP rate or code comes out I would like to upgrade to a Concierge room. I'm spoiled rotten! This may be my first trip in the past 3 years that I haven't stayed Concierge. Oh, will I survive?
